If you are under miles there will be a lease credit. I recall max credit is $200 or 300 based on actual mileage. It's a sliding scale.
Regarding tires, the bmwfs lease says tires must have minimum 3/32 on them. So, if you're under 3/32 at any measurement point then prepare to get dinged for the affected tires. Or, go find some used ones in better shape and put them on.
Regarding the wheel, it all depends on the severity of the damage and the inspector.
