Seems whatever is known so far for F10 is not true. There is a long thread about it here:

In short, even after removing 5AP and 8S4 from from VO, changing car type to ECE, and coding whole car under that spec will not enable correct No Glade headlight functionality.
The expected black square box surrounding the car in front will still be missing.

V12 does. He has coded my car numerous times and the lights work as it does in Europe. I can clearly tell in post #1025 it not working. While approaching oncoming traffic, the left headlight should have articulated down, plus while driving directly behind another car the lights will separate a bit to avoid blinding the driver ahead.
