After taking advice from this forum I attempted my handle wraps today.... went ok, took my time (got plenty on my hands) and wrapped the chrome inserts in gloss black vinyl wrap. Only a couple of pointers for anyone wanting to do this..... TAKE CARE on removal, the lugs on the insert are plastic and can snap with little exertion. Once removed the wrap was only tricky at the ends of the insert due to its shape, use a heat gun (or hairdryer) to ensure good adhesion. Re fitting with a thin double sided tape and they just push back into place
