Here's the Automobile article that explains the Active Sound, and what fuse you need to pull to eliminate it. It's the amplifier fuse #200 rated at 40 amps. If you eliminate the active sound, you lose the entire audio system. |
That's too bad. And I'm really curious how this works with aftermarket exhaust. Guess you just keep hearing the factory sound being played in the car supplemented with the exterior sound from the aftermarket exhaust.
