As the title states,

I am currently looking to possibly purchase a 2013 M5, 38k miles, two previous owners. Vin is WBSFV9C57DC772936.

It's a long shot but the first owner drove it 10/2012 - 09/2013, and the second owner after that.

Being that the car seems to have traded hands twice with fairly low mileage, I'd like to see if it has some bad issues.
