I wouldn't leave home without it. A GPS detector protects your Driving Licence by giving early warning of all types of speed traps and fixed speed cameras.It gives audible and screen warnings of laser, radar,specs, fsc's and other traps,has the added bonus of giving you your true speed on the screen.For instance true 30mph on an M5 will read 32mph on the speedo and at 76mph your really at 70mph so keep it just below 80mph true speed on the detector to stay safe on motorway.
