you activate the Russian VPN open steam and insert your CD Key...
That way the Game is activated and you'll start the download in steam...
with BF3 you can activate the CD Key directly in your Origin... and all you have to do is change the language package! the seller send files and a DIY guide for you to change from Russian to English!

So after you install the game, you don't have to use the VPN to play the actual game?
