So, I guess they are now opting to call it a 2017 for these last few months (starting date not disclosed, apparently), even though no M5 will actually be produced in the year 2017. I suppose this is only possible since there will be a gap between the F10 M5 and F90 M5 production. The 2017 5 Series on the other hand will be a G30 rather than an F10.
