Congrats on the car and enjoy it.
And in response to your worries about the paint choice:
- Wait at least 6 weeks of using the car day to day and re evaluate what you think about it. I had the same thoughts about my S65 AMG exterior paint (blue) and my E60 Individual Interior (thought too much platinum). Now I really like both and get a ton of compliments.
If you still aren't happy after 6 weeks try this (first try 1 then 2 as last resort):
1. Add gloss black accents (grille and gill, reflectors, etc).
2. Wrap the car in matte satin wrap (use the same type that premiere uses.. I have seen many photos and it is quality stuff). If you are into "frozen" your car will look very close to Frozen Silver, which I think is a very sharp color for the F10 M5. If you think Silverstone is feminine, the matte treatment will defiantly change that.
