Do you mean Motul 300V 5w40?
I have used it in my F10 M5 and i truly believe it is a very good oil.
Only limitation here, that this oil is not a long-life type oil and depend on usage on road, the maxmimum oil change intervall, which i suggest is 8.000 km. If tracked heavily, than might be maximum 2.000 - 3.000 km. Oil analyses can prove the longetivity of change intervall anyway.
Motul 300V 0w40 is also a very good oil, in my F13 M6 i am using BMW M Performance 0w40 il (aka SHell Pureplus) with 10.000 km change interval.
If you can effort the more frequent oil change intervall (5k - 8k than 10 or 12k), than Motul 300V is a fantastic oil to choose.
