It's Lap 1. No one cares about the racing line. You want them to go around giving everyone penalties that is off line on lap 1?
Go back and look at all past races of Max's Lap 1 dive bombs, crashes and offs and see how far he was from the racing line.
The only thing that matters is avoiding a crash. Now that there is more data and it shows that Hamilton backed off and Max didn't.
I hope the stewards take into account that Lewis tried to avoid the contact more than Max did. Max was full send, as always.
It would be funny if they over turned the ruling and found Max more at fault based on this petition to review and new data available.
