Navigation just says "starting navigation" but doesn't do anything.

My phone will pair, but none of my contacts come over and BT audio won't work. I recall just hopping into a test drive with a demo car and everything synced right up. I've looked at every possible setting and it won't work. I'm using an iphone 5.

I'm assuming these are all just some software bugs and it might need a reset or update. But I don't want to hurt anything especially with an oil warning.

Anyone have this happen to them?
There is a recall on '14 5ers ... software needs to be updates for correct maintenance intervals.

Is the navigation asking for a code?

I would go in for the recall first and see if that solves the other 2 concerns just by the software update.
