So, I was driving to work this morning and a brand new blacked out E63 AMG rolls up next to me at a red light. The road in front of us was wide open. I put my car in M1, the light turned green and we both floored it. Got up to about 100MPH until we let off. I was ahead by about 3/4 of a car length.
He got a small jump on me off the line but the M5 pulled hard after 20MPH. I was still pulling on him when we let off.
I have to admit, the E63 sounded amazing. I couldn't even hear my exhaust with him next to me.
His car was brand new, bone stock as far as I can tell. Still had dealer plates.
