I used Warrantech for my 06 with an exclusionary policy and had great results. Motor and TB actuator claim in 2014. I just called and they go through a few secondary vendors (in addition to the dealerships selling the vehicle), one is Toco Warranty and the other First Guard, which both offer exclusionary policies.

But the Orange Plan says 2016 or newer. Might be worth a call though.

Edit: Just called First Guard and they said they only sell directly through the dealership where you purchase the car, so scratch that.
