I had the same problem and I thought it was an alignment issue. I went into the tire shop to get some new rear tires and asked them to realign the fronts thinking that was the issue. Well they showed me the front tires and the inside of the tire had wore down soo much that was flat on the inside but still a good depth on the outside of the tire. I got the front tires replaced as well and bang! no more vibration at higher speeds.
