I have to really give a shout out to Soul for going above and way beyond. I got their pipes, had issues not related to their exhaust for our cars. Yet even though it wasn't their issue they responded to each email and called me each time I asked. They even overnighted me new clamps just in case the high pitch leak sound I had was something to do with my new pipes which (long story had something to do with removal of stock exhaust). Point is this is customer service and care that I haven't seen before. I'm not even this nice to my customers and I consider myself "the best and most caring". JOHN BRANDENBERGER literally put up with a lot of talk with me and was kind as could be.
