You cannot just swap transmissions. The transmission is VIN coded to the TCU in each of the transmissions. You will need the ISTA D scan tool with the latest software updates to get this to work.
It would be easiest just to swap clutch assemblies from one trans to the other. You will still need to use the ISTA D scan tool to do the adaptation. This is much easier and less time consuming.
