It is 100% EV. No range extender. No fuel at all. Just electricity. Which is the right choice. I think cars like the i3 and i7 are complete junk. They have the high CoG of a petrol car, with the added weight of a battery, and because they try to save weight the engine is tiny resulting in cars that have little competitive merit.
I like full electric (tesla, Mission-E), performance hybrid (e.g. NSX, Panamera Turbo S) or petrol (TTS, E63S, M5). Those are all good.
