As I have guessed it, you won't get to charge your Porsche 80% in 15-20 min. unless you live some where near their supercharging station and can access it (and right now there is only one at Porsche's Atlanta HQ).
Battery technology is held by a few companies in the world (most notably Panasonic) so everyone's battery is pretty much the same. The only difference is the charging voltage but in which it is more infrastructure dependent rather some kind of unique Porsche technology.
We are still a long way from being able to access these kinds of charging speed at home.
