Very well could be. I wouldn't take any chances. If the injectors are original and you have a 2013 or older, I would replace all of them. AS mentioned above, BMW will only warranty change individual injectors that are determined bad. You could try that route to start and maybe save yourself the cost of 1-2 injectors, but probably not worth the hassle IMO.

The reason I say to not take chances is leaky injectors can cause hydrolock and a rod through the block or simply a bent rod but that's still the same end game... new engine.
