Its a USA SIB, so may not be available in other countries yet.

Unfortunately my access agreement says I cannot post them up here.

It basically says the dealer must remove the pads and check if any of the the vibration absorbers are loose. If a loose one is found they must replace the pads.

If no SIB for this exists in Canada yet they wont do it for free.
They may be testing if it works in the USA first before releasing it in Canada and the rest of the world..
