I'm running 275 in the front and 305 in the rear. It doesn't make sense that the vehicle will understeer with a wider tire in front, as it should give the front tires more traction.
I haven't noticed any negative effect from running 275 in the front, but then again I don't track my car either.
The PS4S is a great tire in both dry and wet conditions. Aside from semi-slick tires, you'll probably have a hard time finding a better tire.
