Per BMW fault codes
Diagnosis monitors whether increased output has been programmed.
Malfunction monitoring conditions
The fault is detected when increased output has been programmed with or without an invalid enable code.
Service Plan
- Re-installation of both DMEs
- Repeated programming with valid enable code
- Checking of CAN connection between DME and CAS
- Continue troubleshooting at CAS
Fault Impact
- Output limit
