F10 pricing and OEM Exhaust question?

Hey all-
I am putting my 2014 F10 up for sale. I bought it with 10k miles on it in 2015 and it now has 44,600 miles on it and in excellent condition. I love this car, but life happens and I really don't drive it much anymore.

Here’s what I changed since purchase:
• Eisenmann Performance Exhaust - Sport
• Carbon fiber front insert
• Carbon fiber rear diffuser
• Clear front bra and applied to side mirrors
• Black front BMW M grill
• CA legal tinting

It has the Executive, Lighting and B&O sound, 2 FOB

Never been in an accident (knock on wood), no smoking, no racing

All service done at the dealer so all the records can be obtained. I just replaced the battery, the emergency call battery (wow that was $$$), and had service done (A/C recharge, oil, hoses, etc). There are no fault codes or notifications on the dash. Prob needs 3 new tires next year (I had one recently replaced this year due to a nail). Also some hard water stains on one side that I can get detailed out, but haven't yet.

Question: How would you price it in Northern California?

Question: I have saved the original exhaust from the car. Is there any intrinsic value to them or is this something you should just "throw in" for the sale? Not sure given they are basically cut out.
