Im currently stationed in Korea and my 2013 m5 just got here. the issue is the iDrive system will not work (black screen) no radio, no sound. but everything else works find the car drives no problem. everything was working fine before I shipped it out. is there a way to fix this? did anyone dealt with this issue? I took it to a mechanic shop here and they got it to work when they reset it with a bmw diagnostic tool but died again after few mins tried few times. and it keep on dying after few mins. I was told this might be the security/theft with the navigation. can anyone disable the navigation? or coding? this is really bothing me. any help!
