I just finished replacing them with $6 Bosch ones. The look is identical to the BMW M plugs. Part # is almost the same except missing a M.

I disconnected the battery and the connections to the dme units.
Make sure the connections are fully seated properly on the dme units or else you'll get like 100 errors like I did. Haha. The car wouldn't even start.

The car fired up without issues once i seated the connections properly.

The old plugs had 17k miles.
