1. sand the grooves (carefully)
2. touch up paint in layers (dab, dry, dab, dry, etc)
3. wet sand down
4. polish
You should be able to get it flush. Color wont match 100%, but will be very close.
Not sure why people dont do this more with scratches. If anybody has a good online tutorial for people to reference, please post!
