I don't know...maybe it is the genuine excitement for the folks who spent the time and effort to research a new exhaust, then drop the coin and put it on their M.
I can speak for the little kids on this specific video - they like their parents' cars fast and loud. And as you can hear, the louder the better. Something I encourage wholeheartedly
