5W-30 is the factory oil
0W-30 is one of the alternative oils
10W-60 was used in the E60 (V10) M5. It's "M Approved" for that model and I believe also for E9X M3's. Defiantly not, not, approved for the F10 M5.
I think putting the 10W-60 in your F10 M5 may cause some issues.
