The spacers will be moving the wheel away from the ccb's and I know there's plenty of room on the front wheel arches,343M's are all the same.
I remember one particular well known poster with a black M5 on a ramp (hate naming out) who has the KW kit and spacers fitted and had to have re-align to keep within limits.
You probably know this but removing wheels with care is needed with cars with ccb's as edge of wheel can catch disc and chip it.
