UPDATE

What I did is having all front and back crank shaft seals replaced along with the oil pan gaskets replaced just to make sure that I will not have any leakage. All is good now however, another issue is now there with oil somehow getting into my combustion and smoking from the exhaust my assumption it's getting to the intake through the PCV valve even though they just have been replaced.
