Follow the leak to it's highest point. Next step is to clean all of that crap off and get to clean metal. Then drive the car for a day or two and recheck. Could be front seal on the crank as mentioned. Could be something between the crank and the AC compressor. It doesn't look to me like the pan gasket is leaking. Too much oil above the seam.
