Whilst I think special editions such as this are worth a small premium over a similarly equipped M5 of the same age, I don't see the premiums being asked as being in any way rational (ie 30% more than a car of the same age with the same specs (CCB, B&O, full leather etc etc)).
This 'premium' seems to be more evident on used cars than when they're new (as new, the special editions might only command a couple of % more).
