Remove the top and bottom pins, just tap it out as shown




Remove the nut that is holding the caliper on (14mm)


Compress the pads to remove the caliper/pads setup
Once the caliper is out, remove the pads, clean the piston area, lube the contact points and install the new pads. Everything else is pretty much reverse of installation, its pretty easy!

So you didnt swap out the rotor? Sorry photos dont show. I have 9mm front left and 11mm rear and it squeals like holy hell. BMW told me i dont NEED a brake job but only a brake job would fix the sound.

Said i have a lip at the top of edge of the rotor and when the brakes get hot it is causing the noise.

What pads did you use and think I should try just pads for now?
