Heavy wind can cause dust particle contamination on the rotors and thus brake failure. It pits the surface and bonds creating a very uneven surface. Less surface contact means less stopping power.
Ceramic brakes do not have this issue, so if the car is going to be outside that long I strongly suggest upgrading the brakes.
Either way you need to call the dealership and make them aware of your concerns. They should know that if they pit and bond your brakes or melt your paint they are responsible.
