Measuring oil should be the same, the sensor is in the oil pan so there should be no difference. I do agreed that their customer support isn't the best, however they products are top notch and high quality.
Honestly, I don't expect to see huge benefit during normal driving, just switching to sport mode might be enough. Where I do expect to see more benefit is on track, once you get heat soak, you need more area to cool it. Given the extra area and additional oil this should do it
