I'm in for answers as well! I just bought a 2013 M5 with Silverstone interior. It's in decent shape but needs some leather cleaning and then conditioning as time goes on.

On my current M5 (a 2000) I use a product called Leather Stuff. It smells good and seems to work Ok. Before I go using the same stuff (no pun intended) I'd like to hear what others have used.
