Step 1. Remove regional-specific options that eliminate this functionality

No...The F07/F10 LCI LED need a few extra steps and Rheingold/ISTA Initialization to function properly. Pre-LCI 6er don't have the correct hardware. I'm in the hospital and will post the extra steps as soon as/if I'm released.
