The car could technically be fixed, it's not like it took a huge hit the nose with motor damage. New 1/4, new door, new rocker, new wheel, some frame time..
I'd say about 35-40k in damage.
What year is the car? miles?
My buddies 2016 m5 got t-boned about 6months ago, pushed him into the curb, which damaged the suspesnion. If it wasn't for the suspension we would've been able to fix it. get well

Anything can be fixed of course; lets not state the obvious- Im stating its a total IMHO and based on ACV of an M6 vert (its used as he posted when he first bought it).
40k plus in damage should get him a total and thats what Im hoping for him since no one would want that crumpled coke can fixed with for sure frame damage.
T Bone at 60 mph.... lucky he is alive and glad he is.
Edit: its a 2015 M6 Vert- MMR is around 58k so even if his ACV is, lets say, 70k from a very aggressive insurance company, its a total.
