You'll need to go to your M2 button setting. Set MDM on when M2 is pressed. The light may show DSC off, but MDM is half way between DSC on and DSC off.

As for Euro MDM, it's just less intrusive. It allows more wheel spin and drift before it kicks in to correct your car. No harm is done to the car coding it, just bad driving with Euro MDM on will cause accidents. You have been warned.

Treat Euro MDM M5 with a lot of respect. When MDM is engaged, both hands better be on the wheels when cornering hard.
