Bad Day.
Wrong thread, but I figured I'd share here...drive safe on public roads. Friend of a friend apparently gave too much throttle from a dead stop, resulting in this...

Same thing happened to my neighbor, went from a focus se to a challenger v8. Crashed it within days of taking it home. Damn shame what happened to that m5.. |

I hate to pass judgment as I wasn’t there so there’s that...but we’ve all had some moments just some of us have more experience or a lucky to have avoided this outcome. He’s a young guy, but again, no clue as to what really happened because I wasn’t there.

That looks like a busy local road/intersection. Probably no reason to be using that much throttle but a sad sight nonetheless. Hopefully no one was hurt.
Wonder how hard it was to get out of the car...not a very easy angle to make an escape.

Even with DSC switched on he must have thought that maxxing the throttle would keep him out of trouble, it's hard to think of another reason apart from a stuck open throttle which is unlikely.

I drive my car with fear. One has to respect the beast.
