At that price they'd probably catch fire!!! There's a reason the Funk Motorsport and PTP ones are as expensive as they are IMO. Is there really any real world point or benefit though? I'm not sure. Especially if the manifolds aren't suitably wrapped/insulated either.

Good points. It seems to me that both the PTP blanket and the Funk jacket fail to suitably fulfill all needs. The PTP doesn't really isolate the hot side of the turbo from the cold side, while the Funk product doesn't cover the manifolds/downpipes. Maybe both would work, if there is room for fitment of the PTP blanket with the Funk jackets on. I don't know. But that would be a lot of cash to dish out on 2 unknowns, A being would both fit together, and B what is the real life benefit.

This is what I'm thinking about.
