TX/South dealer recommendation for ED?

I live in TX, and the dealer I that had been holding my ED paperwork has flaked. He said he's unwilling to do ED for the ED Invoice+$1500 price he had originally committed to!

So I got my money back.

1) Does anybody have a dealer recommendation for a buyer in TX (or the Southern US in general) that understands the ED process and is honoring ED invoice + $1500ish on the F10 M5?

2) Does my dealer need to be close to me, or will ED drop it off to any dealer in my area (independent of who I buy it from?).

Thanks, and feel free and PM me on question (1) if required.

Seems to be the same issue here in Columbus. Both dealers here want to charge US MSRP regardless of ED

Sorry to hear. You don't have to order locally. Find any dealer in the country who will give you a good deal. Plenty of members here have european delivery orders with long distance dealers. See the delivery/ordering forum here.

Upon redelivery you can have it 'countersy' delivered to a local dealership. Search BMW Courtesy Delivery.

I got the same treatment until I found Adrian in ATL.
Local dealer said US MSRP for ED, I told them piss off and found Adrian. He is top notch.
