2016 F10 M5 Comp smoke after Warm engine idling
Hi All
I have noticed that i have an initial puff of white / blueish smoke when revving the engine after a lengthy period of idling (5mins approx) this then subsides and no noticeable smoke after when driving. Anyone have any ideas on this ? is this normal? Thanks Mike |

Valve stem seals are normally the culprit for that. May be worth checking/replacing the PCV valves first though as they are fairly cheap and are easy to change and can cause oil to be burned/smoke. Stem seals are a major and expensive job!
