Has anyone played with 21 inch tires to results in a bit more inside wall?

Has anyone played with 21 inch tires to results in a bit more sidewall? Anyone mount 315s for this purpose? Pics please. There another tire manufacture than Michelin that provides more sidewall?

I've seen a 325/25/21 tyre mounted on an M5. Didn't seem like it would rub, but the guy had custom wheels on (he didn't know the offsets, since he bought them 2nd hand).

So, with the correct offsets and wheel width, I'm sure it's possible.
