Magic 30mpg
I think I just hit the magic 30mpg over a full tank, 440 miles run with about 65 remaining range showing (which would no doubt drop like a stone)
Was booths texaco supreme unleaded, tyres inflated for 2 plus bags (I don’t like rock hard mode). Mix of ‘legal’ motorway run, A702 and about 1hr city crawls. Really hard not to go into M1 on the A702. I did try and stay very stable on the motorway speeds. If it did a genuine 30mpg that’s really impressive for a car like this. I thought I would be looking at 24ish. |

I’m assuming the tank is 15 gallons, so 440 plus indicated 65-70 (call it 50) reserve showing, calculates out at about is about 32mpg
I’d like to measure full to full but I rarely put more than 30quid in, seems pointless to lug fuel weight about |

The best ive every seen across a whole tank is 28.9 mpg and im averaging about 21 over 12k miles. I still think all things considered the car is decent enough on fuel. |

Ahh balls
I’d read the tank was about 15 uk g, if it’s 80l then it came out (in the end) as 28.8 ... so no magic 30. I got the tank capacity from a google search and I guess I took it at face value because the prices are so low atm. |
