Parts quality

Hey everyone, I have a 2013 m5 and I think I’ll be needing to replace one of the vanos gears and I also need fo replace a valve cover gasket because it’s leaking. I know oem is almost always the way to go in terms of reliability and longevity but I can’t seem to find a oem vanos gear anywhere (bank 2 exhaust) and the oem gasket is upwards of $120😬. I was doing some searching and I came across a company called “A Premium” and their prices are pretty good and the reviews were solid. I wanted to see if anyone had some insight or wisdom they could give me on if this is going to be ok to put on my car, I know how it can be with these high performance and complicated engines so I want to make sure I’m not buying anything that will cause further damage or engine failure. I attached the pictures below of the parts I will potentially order, thanks in advance!
