I've been up there a couple of times in the past to witness their work when I wanted to get some stuff done to my 550. Yes, they are expensive but as you saw up there i'm sure, they prob had some exotic cars up there and thats reasuring to know they do good work. Now that you have that work done, do you like it better.

I have had the Drop completed for a full weekend now. I have also really got on it and done some extremely hard braking and cornering and all is perfect. No rubbing at all. Additionally, I am running 12 mm spacers up front and 10 mm spacers in the rear, and there is no negative issues to report as well. EAS did the work and I don't regret it at all. I would recommend this mod to everyone considering it. It is the most bang for your buck, not to mention it really improves the look of the car...tremendously.

I am not sure if I can make the early morning drive, but I can make it to a meetup for sure that day. I have family in town that weekend and I am not sure if I can get to SD that early, but later on that day, i can make it for sure. Just ride in the comfort setting and you'll be fine. That's what I do on my commute on not so perfect roads when I'm in the just get to work mode.

Thanks man! No launch control yet. As a matter of fact, I have never used it on my 2010 M3 either. Use to use it on my 2007 M6, and it just felt like it tore the shit out of the car. I drive all my cars hard, but I don't believe in dumping the clutch. Never tried it in my Ferrari's either.

I've been looking into getting springs for my M5 but finding a lot of recommendations to go with coil-overs instead due to the decreased lifespan of stock shocks with lowering springs.
For those of you with just lowering springs, are you not concerned about the extra wear/tear affecting your stock shocks?

Please point me to a single board member who has had this done. They gave me the cold shoulder at my dealer. I figure I'll wait until there's precedent with another M5 owner getting a fix. Then I'll go raise a stink. The last thing I want is a bunch of service dudes who don't know what they're looking for tearing my car apart limb from limb. :
