its a mustang dyno they tend to read lower than most dynos. On a DynoJet this car would be making around probably 515-530 hp.

Dynojet doesn't show the real numbers that the car puts down on the street. It doesn't take the real load into consideration. Companies like to use dyno jets because it shows bigger gains of their product.

those are some monster stock numbers. BMW also generally underrates engine power on paper. The engine is also designed to run stronger after break-in. How many miles were on that car?
