Need "Clutch Stop" please help!
I want to replace the factory clutch stop for my 2013 M5 F10 (Manual 6-speed) but I am having trouble finding a fit online. Any suggestions or recommendations?

Clutch stop or clutch delay valve?
I've been wanting to do the clutch delay valve for a while now, I just haven't gotten around to ordering it.

The clutch stop. I want a thicker one so I won't have to press on the clutch all the way down. Making it a better ride, at least for my legs.

Have you searched under 550i? The early F10 models could be had with a 6 speed. I have not researched this. The pedal travel is a bit much but I think I've become used to it. I don't think it affects my shift speed.
Re: CDV delete - I just did this 2 weeks ago. You don't need to buy anything. There is plenty of room/free play in the rubber hose to simply disconnect and remove the CDV and reconnect the hose directly. The fittings are the same. If you are just doing that and not replacing the rubber hose like I had to (it was seeping from the upper compression joint) then this is like a 10 minute job plus bleeding. |
